The road ahead

. January 8, 2013.

Many adolescents are left wondering what they will do after high school. The Ypsilanti Public Library, in conjunction with 826 michigan and the University of Michigan’s School of Information, hosts The Road Ahead Workshop where students can brainstorm on the topic. Juniors and seniors can spend the afternoon in a nonpressured environment to ponder and discuss future goals. Each participant will receive an introduction to the Michigan Merit Exam and identify resources to help students plan for the future.

Workshops are held on Saturday, January 15, from 10-12pm at the Whittaker branch at 5577 Whittaker Rd., and from 1-3pm at the Michigan Branch at 229 W. Michigan Ave., Ypsilanti. 734-482-4110 or 734-482-4110 to register.
