The 11th Annual Building a Movement for Michigan (BAMM) Pride Summit is calling for presenters for its 2025 event on May 2nd at Grand Valley State University in Allendale. This LGBTQIA+ youth summit seeks dynamic, interactive sessions on a wide range of topics to empower and educate Michigan’s youth.
Who can apply?
Applications are open to presenters of all ages and experience levels, with a special emphasis on youth voices. Sessions can be designed for youth-only, adult-only or mixed audiences, and can be held in person or virtually. Presenters are encouraged to create content that fosters youth development, but please note that sexual health education sessions are not accepted due to Michigan law.

How to apply
To apply, submit a proposal that includes:
- A description of the session and session title
- 1-3 learning objectives
- The intended audience
- Session format (Virtual or In-person)
Deadline: February 23rd. Applicants will be notified of their acceptance by February 28. Apply here.
