Vegano Italiano is new on the Thanksgiving to-go scene this year and is taking Thanksgiving catering orders now for pick up on Nov. 27. They offer “Thanksgiving Italian Style,” which includes rosemary focaccia, potato gnocchi, stuffed shells and other delicacies from Italy. There is also a plate titled “Holiday Classics.” Other traditional side dishes, such as sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts and salad greens, are also available.

Lake Forest Bar & Grill
Lake Forest’s new chef, Blake Reetz, offers “Everything But The Turkey.” Unique items include butternut squash and apple soup, cranberry sauce, fall quinoa and kale salad. Desserts include sweet potato ginger pie and Dutch apple pie.

Mediterrano
Mediterraneo is hosting a “Thanksgiving Feast” in the restaurant but also has many items for pre-order carry-out for that day. Their turkey dinner includes roast turkey breast, mashed potatoes, haricots vert, sausage sage stuffing, gravy and cranberry sauce. Other main dishes include prime rib, salmon, and mushroom risotto. Various veggies, sides, and desserts are also available.

Renowned local Chef Thad, formerly of Logan and Chow, offers “Thanksgiving Dinner Packages To-Go” and “A La Carte Dinner Menu To-Go Options.” This includes “All the Thanksgiving Fixings Holiday Box” with stuffing, gravy, potatoes, bean casserole, veggies and more. Unique items include turkey Roland, vegetarian meatloaf and focaccia stuffing.

This meal is $20 a person and includes turkey breast, house-made sage and celery stuffing, golden Yukon mashed potatoes, homestyle gravy and cranberry sauce. Add on dessert for an extra fee.

Detroit Street Filling Station and the Lunch Room
Detroit Street Filling Station is offering vegan Thanksgiving meals for carryout and dine-in. Their menu includes seitan roast, wild rice stuffing, cranberry salad, potatoes, mushroom gravy, cranberry sauce, rolls and a mini pumpkin pie.
The Lunch Room is also advertising pre-order Thanksgiving Apple and Pumpkin Pies They are also offering Thanksgiving Cookie Boxes and Gluten-Free Dessert Boxes.
