Mother’s Day Time to Teal 5k and fun run/walk supporting MIOCA
The Michigan Ovarian Cancer Alliance (MIOCA) hosts the 12th Annual Mother’s Day Time to Teal event at 8 a.m. People may attend in person or virtually to celebrate all the amazing and strong women in our lives for Mother’s Day. At the same time, they are bringing awareness to ovarian cancer. There will be a timed 5k available in-person in Downtown Ann Arbor and also a virtual race option.

Mother’s Day Wildflower Hike
You are invited to enjoy the wondrous flowers growing up naturally in the grasses and through the forest from 10:30 a.m.-12 p.m. and 1-2:30 p.m. All are invited to partake, but especially mother figures, to be in awe of the awakening earth. There will be a short presentation with information on identifying flowers. Guests will also be treated to tea, lemonade, and cookies.
