Renovations are in full swing at the Maple Village Shopping Center in west Ann Arbor at the intersection of North Maple and Jackson roads. Stein Mart is one of three businesses set to open in the former Kmart space. The other two will be Sierra Trading Post and Homegoods. Stein Mart has announced that their expected opening date will be October 13. Stein Mart is a discount retailer of brand name clothing for men and women, home decor, and gifts.
