Mark’s Carts reopened for the season in April with two new food carts joining the lineup this year: Everest Momo and Wood Fired Up. Everest Momo will offer up native dishes of the Himalayas with a diverse menu of momos (Nepali dumpling), wraps, soups, noodle and rice dishes, mango lassies and Nepali milk tea. Wood Fired Up will feature delicious, wood-fired pizzas, ready in just two minutes!
