All trick-or-treating will take place on Halloween this year. However, each community has established or suggested times for trick-or-treaters to begin their travels from door to door. Make sure to check out what times trick-or-treating is in your area so you know when to take the kids out. Some communities have not shared the official times for 2026, so we included what the typical time is. Also, make sure to be extra careful on the roads during these times.
Ann Arbor– Typically 5-8 p.m. on Oct. 31
Chelsea– 5:30-7:30 p.m. on Oct. 31
Machchester– Typically 5-7 p.m. on Oct. 31
Milan– Typically 6- 8 p.m. on Oct. 31
Pittsfield Charter Township– Typically 6-8 p.m. on Oct. 31
Ypsilanti– Typically starting at 6 p.m. and will go for about 45 minutes after dark (about 7:30 p.m.)
Ypsilanti Charter Township– Typically 5-8 p.m. on Oct. 31
