Cancer Support Community of Greater Ann Arbor has Expanded

. December 2, 2016.

Cancer Support Community of Greater Ann Arbor (CSC) has completed exciting new renovations. CSC is a great local resource for cancer education and information, and a place to gain support– all in an environment of acceptance and hope. In order to ensure that all people impacted by cancer are empowered by knowledge, strengthened by action, and sustained by community, the organization has added two new support group rooms to allow them to accommodate groups meeting simultaneously. The extra space was also needed because of the number of programs the organization provides such as play therapy, movie nights and “Kids Kicking Cancer,” a karate class for kids. The renovation also included an overall refresh of the space including in the kitchen area where cooking classes meet.
