Have a child interested in coding? theCoderSchool offers classes and programs to help children indulge in their interest in coding and technology.
theCoderSchool was started by Krupa and Raj Patel. Their 4-year-old son was diagnosed with an aggressive brain tumor this past January. While providing the best medical treatments for their son and being denied PPP funding, the couple found the strength to push forward and open up their own kid’s coding school.
The school is open year round and even offers remote learning for children those who wish to continue social distancing. theCoderSchool combines a super-small teaching ratio with an individualized immersion style to get kids learning to code. Children aren’t taught by software and they do not believe in a one-size-fits-all curriculum. Instead, they focus on the mentor relationship between students and experienced coders called Code Coaches. Code Coaches will guide students through their technological journey.
