The Wild Swan Theater is a popular choice for children’s theater in Ann Arbor. In honor of Black History Month, the Theater will present The Spirit of Harriet Tubman. Leslie McCurdy performs in the one-person show at Towsley Auditorium on Tuesday, February 7, and Wednesday, February 8, at 10am and 12pm. With only a trunk of costumes, McCurdy, using Tubman’s own words and experiences, portrays the tale of her earliest slave memories to her work on the underground railroad.
