Goat Yoga? What could be more fun? Certified yoga instructors will guide you and your family through gentle movements, side by side with the playful goats. Bring your mats, water bottles, and a sense of adventure. Space is limited, registration is required. Children age 10 and up can enroll unsupervised. On Family Day, children ages 6 and up can enroll with an adult (21 and over), with one adult to up to three kids enrolling. $27.50/person. See website for dates and times.

Climb and zip through the trees! Junior parks available for children ages 4-7, with a mix of zip lines and climbing obstacles. All tickets are 90 minutes, with a fifteen minute harness and safety briefing included. Junior Park tickets, ages 4-7 (must be accompanied by a non-climbing adult): $20. Aerial Forest ticket ages 8-adult: $48. Park opens in late April. Call ahead for hours of operation or book online.

Hang out with the cool cats in this cat cafe! Check the schedule for fun events like Coloring With Cats, Yoga with Cats, Movie Night with Cats, and Pajama Party with Cats, just to name a few. Grab a free hot chocolate, tea or coffee, enjoy the free wifi, and cuddle with the kitties (with no obligations to adopt!). Children ages 4 and up are welcome with an adult. When the weather outside is frightful, head to the place that brings the outdoors in! DNR Outdoor Adventure Center is filled with interactive exhibits to give families hands-on experiences. Hop on simulators and get a feel for riding a snowmobile, mountain bike, or off-road vehicle. Learn about Michigan’s rivers and lakes while paddling in a kayak or fishing. Climb the 35-foot tall burr oak tree and learn about Michigan’s wildlife and the timber industry. Kids can also climb into tents and huddle around the “fire” as they explore a campsite. This downtown Ann Arbor art studio features weekday classes as well as weekend events. TGIF Friday Date While We Make allows parents to drop off their child at the studio while they enjoy one of the many Main Street restaurants.
